The American needle lightweight unstructured cap is my favorite fitting hat right now. All while with a green underbrim, and a black ∀ logo on the front. Regular size will fit most. I wear the XL, but I've got a big head and I like to wear it lower. 

The ∀ is the universal quantifier in mathematics, it basically means "always". It's a good reminder of when to press.
